CONSTRUCTION OF A EUROPSIN COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN COMACCHIO (PROVINCE OF FERRARA)

In this specific case, Gruppo Eurospin Italia S.p.A. relied on the real estate development expertise of Carron S.p.A. for the construction of a new store with a covered area of approximately 2,000 m² and a food and non-food sales area of approximately 1,500 m². This was made possible following the acquisition of an area identified and Xed according to positioning, road network and accessibility rationales. The building is Class A for greater attention to the environmental impact and uses clean energy from solar panels with generated power higher than the limits required by law. Particular attention has been paid to the urban site where redevelopment of the area is in accordance with the criteria of environmental compatibility optimisation.
