CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN VIA FRASSINETTI IN MILAN

Calean, owner of the property on Via Frassinetti 25 in Milan, is substituting the existing buildings on the site with new construction. The contracted works provide for the construction of a new residential building with an A energy performance rating. The building consists of two underground floors with individual garages and cellars in addition to plant rooms, a ground level with lobby, a waste disposal room, stairwells, lifts and common areas, and 13 additional floors with condominium residential units.
