NEW SCHOOL-CENTRAL OFFICE CENTRE FOR THE H-CAMPUS IN RONCADE (TV)

Located in Roncade, in the province of Treviso, on the Tenuta Ca Tron of H-Farm, on the Venice lagoon, the H-Campus project is destined to create the most significant innovation and training hub in Europe, offering education from primary school to specialisation courses (from 6 to 25 years), with a focus on the digital, the English language and entrepreneurship. Project figures: about 23,000 square metres of new spaces, out of a total of more than 50 hectares, that will be able to accommodate 3,000 people, with 1,800 students.

The operation, financed by a real estate fund, envisages the extension of the surface currently occupied by H-Farm, which now comprises 14,000 square metres of buildings and 12 hectares of parkland, with the addition of a further 31 acres of land, on which about 23,000 square metres of new buildings will go up. This sustainable project comes with a "0 volume" extension, meaning that there will not be even an extra square metre of building throughout the area due to the demolishing of buildings currently not in use.  Secondly, the centre will be totally energy self-sustainable and will preserve the landscaping: in fact, the complex will not affect the surrounding landscape, which will thus become an integral part of the campus.

Work is proceeding at a fast pace with peaks of more than 350-400 workers per day to ensure delivery of the buildings and their green spaces in time for the start of the next school year, guaranteeing access thanks to the new integrated road network (alteration of the SS14 road).
